Back when Steve Warrilow was still in business as The Fusilier I painted many of his 1/24th scale kits. I was fortunate enough to have him ask me if he could use one of my pieces in his advertisements. I thought this was pretty cool!
This 1/35th scale German motorcycle and crew I built and painted now resides in the collection of Matt Wellhouser. He and I did a figure trade at the 2012 Atlanta Show. The bike is a kit from Lion Roar and the figures are from Mantis. Oils and acrylics plus some mud and slush made for a fun project.
This piece I painted for my buddy Patrick Kirk. A Prussian infantryman, 1815. This is a 54mm kit from Andrea. Painted in oils over an acrylic base. Patrick and I did a figure trade at the 2012 Atlanta Show.
Here's one of my favorite pieces from a few years ago. Three Alpine figures, a Tamiya Cromwell turret, and some ground work. Figures are painted in oils and the turret airbrushed with acrylics and then weathered with oils and dusted with some MIG pigments.
